+ What are your office hours?

My office hours are 9am-5pm (PST) Monday-Thursday, and 9am-2PM (PST) on Friday. I do occasionally answer questions and emails outside of these times, but I often go backpacking or hiking on weekends and it’s a bit difficult to get service in the middle of the woods.

+ Can I mix & match packages?

Absolutely! Prices of the packages may vary accordingly, so feel free to send me an email to discuss your needs in greater detail.

+ What file types do you provide?

Primary file types include JPG, Transparent PNG, AI (Outlined) and SVG is available upon request. Business cards are generally PDF or AI (outlined), and final brand guide is a PDF.

+ How many revisions do I get?

This varies depending on the package you choose. Overall, I want you to be head-over-heals happy with the project, so that remains my main goal; small edits are reasonably unlimited within the time period allotted. If you are interested in additional mockups, I do offer them for $150/ea.

+ What platform do you use to build websites?

I primarily use Webflow, but I’m willing to work in Wordpress and Squarespace if you are more comfortable with those platforms. High site-speed scores are only available with Webflow (as it’s a lighter platform with more design flexibility, and less code bloat).

+ Are you a web developer?

Not really… I am proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and am studying back-end web development and UX design in my spare time to further my overall skillset, but I am still a bit limited. I can be scrappy and love to take on a challenge, so if you have a project that goes above-and-beyond, shoot me an email and we can discuss my specific capabilities.

+ Who is responsible for domain & web-hosting fees?

Domains and web hosting is the responsibility of the client. Domains are purchased by the year ($30 on average), and hosting price depends on the site ($20/month for minimalist, $35/month for E-commerse).

+ What are the payment options?

I accept Paypal & Credit card for the time being, but will be able to take payments via Shopify and AfterPay in the near future. A 25% retainer fee is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable. Early cancelation fee’s are dependent on how much work has been put into the project, the general rule of thumb is 15-20% for every week invested into the project.
